I know sometimes fitness can be a very daunting thing to begin. Yes! It's going to be painful. Don't worry though, it gets much better overtime and the pain actually becomes enjoyable. How is that possible?!?! Because when you realize that the pain you feel is making you a stronger person mentally and physically then you will begin to enjoy the new "you".
So, first off let me state that I have no certifications or professional qualifications to speak about any form of exercise. The only experience I have is real life experience in experimenting with my own self and learning what works for me and my body. I suggest that all of you spend some time getting to know your own body, and stop reading all those books that are written as if every person's body in the world is all the same. You are you, and you are unique. Embrace it.
I often get asked about what somebody can do to start getting into shape themselves. I must say that fitness is a two part goal.
1. Mentally
2. Physically
Physically, I suggest these three exercises using only bodyweight to begin. You don't need weights, and you can do these anywhere. Once you incorporate these into your daily routine you will then be on your way to a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically.
Why? You can do them anywhere and anytime. They help build your balance, butt, and legs. As many times that we get up and down out of a chair everyday you will notice how much easier it becomes once you start squats.
Why? Again, you can do them anywhere and everywhere. They also help build your balance, and really help with your hips and butt. Doing this exercise just makes walking so much easier, and walking is something many of us do on a daily basis.
Why? The plank builds your core and shoulders. Once you strengthen your core you will wonder why you didn't do this much sooner! Your entire body movement stems from your core. Your core holds you together. A building needs a good base, and your body needs a strong core as well. You can also "cheat" and do the assisted plank with your knees on the ground.
Mentally, fitness can be tough at first. When you learn to control your mind you will see leaps and bounds of potential in your fitness levels. First off, mentally you need to realize that fitness is a lifetime activity and in no way should ever be viewed as a quick fix or part time thing. It must become part of your lifestyle for a lifetime.
Second, if your first thought is that you can do # of repititions, do that # plus a few more. Your mind will sell you short on your true potential. Hungry and feel like you have no energy? Go workout anyway and you'll be amazed at what you actually get done when you tell your mind to shut up and put up! On top of that, since you were hungry you'll actually be burning some fat instead of the meal you just ate.
Third, get your friends involved. Swap pics with your friends on who is getting more fit. Motivate each other by sending a simple message asking if they are hitting the gym today, or how many lunges they can do now. Keep tabs on each other because you care about growing old together. Most of all be honest with each other. If you are being lazy admit it, and ask your friend to join you so you can get back in it.
Incorporating these into your everyday lifestyle is easy as well. Everytime you get up or sit down just do a few squats. When you get up to go make your first 4 steps 4 lunges instead. By adding squats and lunges int oyour routine you will only be taking an extra 30 seconds into your day here and there. Exercise doesn't have to be done in long 1-2 hour sessions. 30 seconds when you get up to do a couple squats and a few extra seconds to do a few lunges your first few steps is all it takes to start to train your body for bigger and better fitness routines later. The plank does involve you taking an extra 30 seconds to get down on the floor and to hold the plank, but you'll thank me later once you've incorporated it into your everyday lifestyle. In the end, 30 seconds sprinkled throughout your day will get you on the road to fitness even if you don't have a full hour to set aside each day for fitness.
These 3 exercises are just the beginning. Get to know and understand your own body, and keep progressing in everything you do.
I am really impressed with these details! Workouts should be performed in a good gear that supports your body but I like to go the extra mile and always purchase the stuff that is super stylish as well. Had recently purchased the summer friendly beyond yoga leggings and these are perfect.
I do exercise every morning to keep me warm up through the day. It helps me build proper mind set towards my day. I also take CBD from PureKana to maintain healthy body.
